A complete redesign and renovation of a modern Soho loft emphasizing the incorporation of local and handcrafted materials. The concept revolved around creating inviting communal spaces for the family and guests in addition to sanctuary-like private spaces. Maison Crosby was designed for the everyday moments, considering the small yet monumental daily rituals from breakfast at the bespoke American Walnut banquette to the nightcap at the Hemingway Bar crafted locally. Every corner is highly considered. A muted color palette, wood detailing, and brass fixtures and finishings forge a luxurious but grounded space in downtown NYC.
